ENCAS is designed to process academic profiles, credentials, applications, recruitment records and confidential references. Access is role-based and data is private by default.
What ENCAS processes
Account information, academic profile data, uploaded credentials, job applications, reference-request metadata, confidential referee submissions, institution recruitment records and security/audit events.
Confidential references
Applicants may see whether a recommendation has been requested or submitted, but ENCAS is designed not to expose confidential recommendation-letter contents to the applicant.
Your choices
Users should be able to correct profile information and exercise applicable data-protection rights. Production launch requires final legal review of this notice and ENCAS retention, processor and institutional-controller arrangements.
