Terms of Use
ENCAS provides academic profile, credential, reference, application and recruitment workflow services. Uploading a document does not mean ENCAS has verified it.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, respect confidentiality, use only accounts and institutional roles they are authorized to use, and avoid submitting unlawful or malicious content.
Institution responsibilities
Institutions are responsible for lawful recruitment decisions, authorized committee access and their own employment policies. ENCAS should not be represented as making appointment decisions automatically.
Verification
Verification status must reflect the evidence and method actually completed. “Uploaded” must never be presented as “verified.”
