Common questions

How do I apply for a job?

Open ENCAS Jobs, choose a position, click Apply, add the requested documents, review your dossier, then submit.

Can I reuse documents?

Yes. Documents in ENCAS Vault can be reused across applications. You can also upload a new file for one application and keep it in your Vault for later use.

Can I replace or delete files?

Yes. In ENCAS Vault you can download, replace, or delete your own files. Replacing a verified file resets it to Uploaded until verification happens again.

Are reference letters confidential?

Confidential referee letters are handled separately from your Vault. Applicants see request status, not the letter contents.

What does verified mean?

Uploaded does not mean verified. ENCAS only shows a stronger verification level when a documented review or source-verification process has occurred.

How do institutions recruit?

Institution administrators can create detailed vacancies, define required materials, publish jobs, receive submissions, assign reviewers, move applicants through stages, and record decisions.

What you can ask the assistant

Try questions such as “How do I replace my CV?”, “What does Department Review mean?”, “How do I create a faculty job?”, or “Why can’t I submit my application?”
